马凯,男,博士。主要从事国际河流水文水资源系统变化与跨境水安全研究。通过深度学习、遥感、水文模型等技术,开展多尺度水文过程及其驱动机制、洪旱影响及演变机制、水利益共享及水安全调控等方面的研究工作。研究成果以第一或通讯作者身份在Water Resources ResearchJournal of HydrologyHydrology and Earth System Sciences等期刊发表论文十余篇。研究成果荣获高被引“Top cited Article”、WRR期刊“Editors’Choice Award”等荣誉。
