国家自然科学基金委员会自2021年起,设立国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)。太阳成集团tyc234cc(下称我院)诚邀海外优秀青年人才申报,申报指南详见:

二、专业方向

围绕地理学、生态学、资源与环境工程学科建设和人才培养需求,诚邀:水循环与水文水资源、跨境水资源管理、土壤地理及水土保持、生物地理、边疆/民族地理、山地资源环境遥感与地理大数据、生态安全工程、环境规划与环境影响评价领域的海外优秀青年人才申报。

三、薪酬福利和工作保障

凡依托我院申报入选优青(海外)项目者,均聘为“云南大学东陆骨干教授”,享受该岗位相应支持条件。未获得优青(海外)项目的优秀青年人才,符合条件者可聘任到云南大学“东陆人才计划”相应岗位。相关要求及薪酬福利等,请关注云南大学网站后续信息发布。

(一)薪酬福利包括但不限于:

1.有竞争力的货币化薪酬。实行基本年薪+人才津贴+绩效奖励的薪酬制度。学校提供基本年薪和人才津贴不低于60万元/年;根据履职情况享受年度绩效奖励。

2.住房补贴200万元。(云南大学呈贡校区周边房价约1.2万元/平米)

3.事业编制相关的社保、医保和公积金。

4.附属幼儿园、附小和附中等优质教育资源,配偶视情况在校内安排工作。

(二)工作保障条件

包括但不限于:

太阳成集团tyc234cc始建于2000年,2006年获地理学硕士点,2014年获资源与环境工程专业硕士点,2018年获地理学博士点,2019年获地理学博士后流动站,建有7个省级以上科研教学平台,是云南大学地理学和资源与环境工程专业方向的主要科研教学单位。

研究院立足“山地、民族、边疆”的区域特点和区位优势,紧密围绕服务“生态文明建设排头兵”、“民族团结示范区”、“面向南亚东南亚辐射中心”建设等国家和云南的重大需求,发展以高原山地与跨境资源环境为特色的地理、生态、环境学知识体系;培养理论基础扎实、专业技能突出、创新意识和实践能力良好,具有家国情怀和国际视野的复合型高层次人才;服务国家和云南省的生态环境保护和资源可持续利用。

 师资队伍

当前在编在岗教师34名,其中正高10人、副高15人、中职5人、全职管理人员4名;博士后14人;校内外学位点合作导师40人。在编师资队伍中包括973首席科学家1名、国家杰青1名、中组部青年拔尖1名、云南省科技领军人才1名、中组西部之光访问学者3名,云南省万人计划、中青年学术技术带头人等16名。建有云南省亚洲国际河流创新团队。形成了团结协作、进取创新的良好工作氛围。

人才培养

研究院建有省级地理学博士后流动站(牵头)、地理学一级学科博士点(牵头)、地理学一级学科硕士点(与地球科学院共建)、资源与环境工程专业硕士点(牵头),地理学博士后流动站。地理学硕、博士点设有自然地理、人文地理、地图学与地理信息系统三个专业。资源与环境工程专业硕士点设有水循环与水资源、水利工程环境影响与风险防范、环境整治与生态修复、水环境污染处理与控制、资源与环境管理、环境地质与地质灾害5个培养方向。在读研究生349人,其中博士研究生44名;地理学硕士研究生73名,资源与环境工程专业硕士研究生232名。

科学研究

研究方向:研究院主要围绕高原山地跨境水与生态安全、季风区水循环与冰雪动态变化效应、水域生态与河流健康、保护生物地理与生态系统保育、高原山地水土过程与生态修复5个核心方向开展研究。

研究平台:研究院建有云南省国际河流与跨境生态安全重点实验室、元江干热河谷水土保持云南省野外科研观测研究站等7个省级及以上科研教学平台。在建野外监测研究基地3个(澜沧江水域生态环境变化及效应监测基地、开远市喀斯特综合监测站、梅里雪山半定位站)。建有标准的水、土、气、生室内实验室,总面积超过800m2,大型仪器设备50余台套。

科研项目:先后获得我国首个跨境水资源研究NSFC重点项目(1996)、首个跨境生态安全研究“973计划”项目(2003)、首个跨境水安全研究国家重点研发计划项目(2016)和系列国家科技支撑计划重大项目/课题。近5年主持国家自然科学基金重点及面上、青年、地区项目50项。当前在研包含国家重点研发计划项目在内的国家级纵向项目合计37项,在研科研经费3000余万。2020年参与青藏高原科学考察子专题任务5项,总经费约1000万以上。

研究成果:创建了国际河流与跨境水资源研究的理论体系、国际河流跨境水安全与生态安全关键技术及试验示范体系、纵向岭谷区生态系统变化与生态安全维护理论体系;在亚洲季风区稳定同位素水循环、冰雪遥感与灾害等研究处于国际前沿水平;在水土保持、系统保护规划方面取得系统性研究成果。出版学术著作20余部,在包括Nature, Science等重要杂志发表论文500多篇。每年发表SCI论文80余篇,其中过半为中科院2区以上高质量论文,发表论文的数量和质量都呈现快速增加趋势。

科技服务:提交的系列报告在大内参刊发近20次,被国务院、相关部委、国企及地方政府采纳,对维护国家主权、安全、发展权益和外交大局有重大贡献。为50多个重大工程提供了生态保护核心技术支撑,推进了国家水电规划环评立法,整体提升了国家掌控国际河流变化、跨境影响和界河管理科技支撑能力。

科研奖励:先后牵头获得国家科技进步奖二等奖1项、云南省科学技术奖励9项。其中近5年获云南省科技奖一、二等奖4项。

  1. Professional Direction

Focusing on the discipline construction and talent training needs of geography, ecology, resources and environmental engineering, we sincerely invite: teaching and research personnel in the field of water cycle and hydrology and water resources, cross-border water resources management, soil geography and water and soil conservation, biogeography, border/ethnic geography, mountain resources and environmental remote sensing and geographic big data, as well as outstanding young overseas talents in the fields of ecological safety engineering, environmental planning and environmental impact assessment.

  1. Salary, Welfare and Job Security

All those who apply for and are selected into the Research Fund of International Young Scientists through IRES will be hired as “Yunnan University Donglu Principal Professor” and enjoy the corresponding support conditions for this position.

For outstanding young talents who have not obtained the Research Fund of International Young Scientists, those who meet the requirements can be hired to the corresponding positions in the "Donglu Talent Program" of Yunnan University.   • Salary and Welfare

Salary and welfare include but are not limited to:

(1). Competitive monetized salary. A salary system of “basic annual salary + talent allowance + performance reward” is implemented. The university provides a basic annual salary and talent allowance not less than 600,000 yuan /year, as well as yearly performance rewards according to performance of duties.

(2). Housing subsidy of 2 million yuan. (The housing price around the Chenggong campus of Yunnan University is about 12,000 yuan/square meter.)

(3). Institution-related social insurance, medical insurance and provident fund.

(4). High-quality educational resources are available, such as access to the affiliated kindergarten, affiliated elementary school and affiliated secondary school. Spouses will be provided with work at the university, depending on the situation.

(5). Eligible candidates will be recommended to apply for various National and Yunnan Provincial Talent Programs.

  • Job Security

(1). Sufficient work start-up funds. In addition to the State’s funding, the university will provide no less than 5 million yuan for experimental science and engineering candidates and no less than 1.5 million yuan for non-experimental science candidates.

(2). The university will provide corresponding laboratory space and office facilities according to work needs.

(3). Recruit doctoral and master candidates. Candidates can independently form an academic team including doctoral students, postdoctoral fellows and full-time researchers.

Introduction to Institute of International Rivers and Eco-security

Yunnan University

The Institute of International Rivers and Eco-security (IRES) of Yunnan University was founded in 2000, qualified to grant master degrees in geography in 2006, qualified to grant master degrees in resource and environmental engineering in 2014, qualified to grant doctoral degrees in geography in 2018, and obtained a postdoctoral research station in geography in 2019. It is the main teaching and research unit of geography and environmental engineering in Yunnan University. Based in Yunnan province, the institute radiates South Asia and Southeast Asia, focusing on the international academic frontiers of geography and environmental engineering, the construction of the southwest ecological security barriers, and the major needs of regional development to carry out scientific research. We aim to cultivate compound high-level talents with solid theoretical foundation, outstanding professional skills, good sense of innovation and practical ability, strong family and country feelings and international visions; The Institute has 7 provincial and above scientific research and teaching platforms, and 1 provincial innovation team. In the past 5 years, we have presided over 50 key and general, youth, and regional projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and won 4 first and second prizes of Yunnan Science and Technology Award.

Faculty

There are currently 34 on-the-job faculty members, including 10 professors, 15 associate professors, 5 assistant researchers, and 4 full-time management staff; in addition, there also have 14 post-doctoral fellows and 40 cooperating tutors for degree programs inside and outside the school. 16 people in total of the faculty have won different honors or awards, including 1 Chief Scientist of 973, 1 who has won the project of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 1 Young Top Talent of the Organization Department of the Central Committee, 1 Scientific and Technological Leading Talent of Yunnan Province, 3 Visiting Scholars of Western Light of the Organization Department of the Central Committee, and other 9 people who have won the Talents Program of Yunnan province and young academic and technical leaders respectively. Moreover, the institute has established an Asian International Rivers Innovation Team in Yunnan Province.

Subject & Degree Construction

The institute has established a provincial post-doctoral research station in geography (led), a doctoral degree authorization point in a first-level discipline in geography (led), a master degree authorization point in a first-level discipline in geography (co-built with the School of Earth Sciences), and a master degree authorization point in resources and environmental engineering (professional) (lead). The doctoral degree authorization point in geography has three secondary disciplines: physical geography, human geography, cartography and geographic information system. The master degree authorization point in resources and environmental engineering (professional) currently has five training directions: water conservancy engineering environmental impact and risk prevention, environmental politics and ecological restoration, water environmental pollution treatment and control engineering, environmental planning and management, and environmental geology and geological disasters.

Talent Cultivation

As of September 2020, the total number of graduate students enrolled in the institute has reached 349, including 44 doctoral students; 73 postgraduates in geography and 232 postgraduates in resource and environmental engineering.

Scientific research

Research platform: 1 Yunnan Provincial Key Laboratory of International Rivers and Transboundary Ecological Safety, 1 Yunnan Province Field Research Observation and Research Station for Soil and Water Conservation in Yuanjiang Dry-hot Valley, 1 Field Monitoring Research Base under Construction (Lancang River Cascade Hydropower, Kaiyuan Karst). Besides, the institute has one standard indoor laboratory for water, soil, gas, and hygiene. The total area of the laboratory exceeds 800 m2 and it has large-scale equipment more than 50 sets.

Research direction: the institute mainly includes 5 research directions: 1) Cross-border water and ecological security of plateau and mountain; 2) Water cycle and dynamic changes of ice and snow in monsoon area; 3) Water ecology and river health; 4) Protection of biogeography and ecosystem Conservation; 5) Soil and water processes and ecological restoration in plateau and mountainous areas.

Scientific research projects: successively won the first cross-border water security research NSFC key project (1996), the first cross-border ecological security research "973 plan" project (2003), the first cross-border water security research national key research and development project (2016), and a series of major projects/topics supported and planned by national science and technology. At present, there are 37 national-level vertical projects including national key research and development projects, and more than 30 million yuan in research funding. Participate in 5 sub-special tasks of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau scientific investigation in 2020, with a total funding of more than 10 million yuan.

Research results: the Institute has created a theoretical system for the study of international rivers and cross-border water resources, a key technology and experimental demonstration system for cross-border water safety and ecological safety of international rivers, and a theoretical system for ecological system changes and ecological safety maintenance in the longitudinal ridge-valley area. It has published more than 20 academic works and more than 500 papers in important journals such as Nature and Science. About 80 SCI papers are published every year, of which more than half are high-quality papers from District 2 and above of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the number and quality of published papers show a rapid increase trend.

Science and technology services: 39 reports submitted, 19 times were published in the internal references, and were adopted by the State Council and its 9 ministries and commissions. The series of R&D reports were adopted by the State Council, relevant ministries and commissions, state-owned enterprises and local governments, which are important for safeguarding national sovereignty and security, development of rights and interests, and the overall situation of diplomacy. The institute has provided core technical support for ecological protection for more than 50 major projects, advanced the national hydropower planning and environmental assessment legislation, and overall improved the country’s ability to control international river changes, cross-border impacts, and boundary river management technology support. It has scientifically supported the construction of national hydropower energy bases, ecological-environmental protection legislation and environmental diplomacy.

Scientific research awards: we have successively taken the lead in winning 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 first prize of Yunnan Natural Science Award, 4 first prizes of Yunnan Science and Technology Progress Award, 3 second prizes of Yunnan Science and Technology Progress Award, and 1 third prize of Yunnan Provincial Natural Science Award. Among them, in 2020, the institute won the first prize of Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (Yunnan International River Research Innovation Team).
